The Sixth Nation of Gamers: LoL Ranked Team Greetings Summoners! The purpose behind this thread is to actually get a dedicated ranked team together for both 5v5 and 3v3 PVP gameplay on League of Legends. I decided to put this in a new thread so we can keep general game discussion for League of Legends to the other thread, and use this thread to help develop a team. Events will be added to this thread and the Events Boards once things get planned and started. I know people have expressed interest of getting this together recently, but I feel like now is the time to get ideas bounced off of one another and have things start to coalesce. I know myself and a few others aren't yet level 30 which first allows you to participate in ranked gameplay, but soon enough those members will reach the mark and things will get started. vrals and I had discussed this a bit last night after a few games, and we had come to the idea that we should try to have everyone get good with 1-3 champions and find out what lanes they feel comfortable playing. What are your thoughts on this? I feel like if we get a few people who can do multiple roles, we can switch things up so we don't have everyone doing the exact same thing every game. Things would get boring that way. Feel free to post who you feel comfortable playing and what roles you perfer to get an idea of where you think you could best contribute to the team. |

I'm not sure who my best champs are, but I feel comfortable with Nidalee, Ahri, Fiora and Shyvana.

umm hiemer , nasus , varus . I still havent gotten the ring rust off yet but those champs are probably my best

I cant really say what my best champs are(have to many to choose)
I go by what lane I play and junk
but i can do anything but jungle(maybe with a real team I can give it a shot)

I feel like my best roles would be mid lane or support. ADC I'm not too good at, I've never jungled before and I'm not comfortable playing top lane. I always get wrecked up there.

keep in mind youll have other that have been playing for a long time, can give tips and what not, as long as you have a team that doesnt mind letting one learn a spot on the map, its like me i want to be able to play everywhere well!

That is true, which is why I'm thinking we can switch around here and there, rather than have like a dedicated person that only plays Mid lane, etc.
Worked on Jungling a bit today with Hecarim. Yes, I bought him and the "Arcade Hecarim" skin while it was on sale lol. Had a 12-5 result so I figured that's not too bad.

We'll do what we can to help each other out/to help each other learn roles, etc. As I have said many times, the best way to learn is versus live people. |

I couldn't agree more! It's nice to win, but in the end I just like to play and have fun. If we lose, big deal. Agreed, at the end of the day it's all about having fun. Although the best way to learn is against live people I'm not sure if trying to do so in an actual PVP game will be that beneficial lol. If you get stuck laning against someone way better than you, you might be wondering what you're doing wrong. Then not see what you should have done, and when to avoid something like that. Might not be true for everyone but it's just my thoughts. |

but thats how you learn the game by getting whooped by better people, what its teaches you is How to counter build, your map awareness, and never to give up on your self because there well always be someone better!

I know it's how you learn the game, but I just never have fun getting my butt kicked. It's why I stopped playing Call of Duty lol. But then again that's just a terrible game to begin with haha.
