RF: Met up with my SW, she was super nice and stuff, gave my mum and dad like support groups for families struggling with a person having D.I.D So that was lovely, and hopefully I can meet some more people like me/us who have their own system and stuff and we can learn how to try to live a normal life. YAY! RF: I'm eating banana cake... omg. so good!  RT: I really want to get The Last of Us, but at the same time I've just watched 3/4 of the game on youtube playthroughs... so I don't know if I actually need to play it because I know the story line now... kinda ruined it for myself didn't I?  |

RF: Well... shit. I have to start an outpatient therapy program soon at one of the psych wards... yep, cheers for lying to me asshat. "I promise you won't ever have to go to a psych ward or hospital" LIAR, YOU BLOODY PLANNED THIS SHIT OUT A WEEK AGO, AND I FIND OUT LIKE RIGHT NOW?! I have so much shit going on, I have assignments and shit due soon, on the goddamn days I'm mean to be prancing around some creepy psych ward place like 2 hours away from home... what the shit am I mean to do with my exams?! why.. WHYYYYYY?! I am NOT a happy camper right now... ugh... no wonder I have trust issues... RF: Playing Ace Attorney on my ipad and shoving ice cream in my face so I feel a little better about life in general... blah.  |

"Outpatient" here means you go, attend and then go back home the same day. Kinda like going to work and then coming back home, once the day is done.
So does "Outpatient" mean the same in Australia?
If so, I really wouldn't sweat it. Go, get the help, and call it a day. It may take days, weeks, years but defiantly see what the program has to offer.
And I really wouldn't look at it as " Hey, I'm going to the loony bin..". No. Some places house programs like such because they lack a place for it else where. OR It could be it's the added measurement to better assist the program. Sorta going hand in hand.
Question- Can you possibly do your exams outside the classroom or reschedule due to the situation?

I can't really go there though... we don't have private health insurance so it costs $160 for 30 minutes, and it goes from 9:30am - 3:30pm... so yeah, that shit will be expensive... Plus with my anxiety and how far away from home it is, it's going to do more damage than good.... and my therapist promised me I'd never have to go into one of those programs.. yet she lied to my face and started arranging this for like the last week or so before randomly springing it on me today... I do online uni, so its already like 'outside' the classroom. I'm still trying to make arrangements to do my exams at home because the closest exam center is over 3 hours away and its just too far and too stressful. So like right now its so intense and full on, and I have so much pressure on me.. I feel like I'm going to explode at any second |

My parents are the ones who want me to do it as well as the therapist. Not that they can really afford it... but they want me to hurry up and be "fixed" so whatever... better not waste their money and disappoint them...  |
