iRideAPalmer thought it would be a good idea to start a thread about dreams. With her permission, I have decided to do just that. Do you remember your dreams? Are they vivid? Have they came true? Do you dream in color? Post here to discuss your dreams.

Do you ever find that if you are sleeping lightly, your dreams are more vivid and scarier?
I can be in a "deep" sleep and hardly remember them.
But if I lay down for a nap, I remember everything, and it's a scary place.

Dreams are most vivid and more often lucid if i get up to pee and go back to sleep.

Dreams for me are really weird... I guess whenever I 'swtich' I go into something similar to a sleep where I have access to the 'inner world' which is basically similar to when you're actually dreaming and your brain creates an environment for your subconscious to explore... and when I 'wake up' and come back, its as though I was sleeping the whole time. Its a weird experience but I'm used to it  When I actually go to sleep and dream sometimes its my dreams, sometimes it may be one of my alters, or what's called a blurred dream where its both my dream and one of theirs and it can be anything from like a magical candy land that Chloe always dreams about, to the streets of Chicago which Levi always dreams about, or even just memories they have and we both experience the dream process. Its pretty intense and out there. My own dreams are personally just nightmares over and over that even if I tried to wake myself from, I can't wake up unless someone physically like shakes me awake or screams my name in my ear... its pretty damn creepy  , so thats why sometimes my alters kinda drag me away from my own dreams and shove me into theirs. Theirs are like 100% more pleasant than mine  |

Or having people around me killed :/ Most of my nightmares consist of me dying on the Cape Fear River, a river that runs through Fayetteville ( My home town) and flows into the Atlantic Ocean. I have lived near this river all my life. And up til a couple of years ago, I would never go out on it at night.  Yes. I was well aware of the fact I was dying. Felt my last breath and everything. It is and will always be a reoccurring nightmare that will shake me to the core. Every time. |

I find it odd that I rarely have good dreams..
All mine are either of dying or someone bad is chasing me and when they catch me, which they usually do, I can't seem to land a punch.. Like it's in slow motion.
I had a few dreams after my Dad died but dreaming of him is upsetting.
I would like to lay down one night with out the paralyzing fear of knowing that when I close my eyes, my mind won't fall to the dark-side with imagines that haunt me.

Hey I remembered a dream from last night! Haven't done that in a while. Basically I had to go to college to learn about childcare and a midget kept coming on to me.

I dreamt i was in high school and to work on our writinv we had to write one sentence in the dark over and over. Well i wrote what i thought was the sentence "Today the sun is out." But it was actually "It is warming up today, because the sun is out." And then i woke up

I usually have bad dreams but last night I was like in some city all dressed up and stuff, and overlooking the ocean when some guy called my name and then embraced me and stuff, and in my dream I knew him and felt like insane love and affection towards him, yet I know I've never met anyone who looks like him or anything 0.o It was nice... I remember the sun shining and feeling super warm and lovely and the slight breeze blowing my hair a little... it felt so freaking real...
and then my cat jumped in my face and woke me up, that little fluffball -_-

So.. This morning I had a weird one. Me and Buggy was at this company picnic of sorts. I didn't know anyone there so why we were there I haven't the foggiest. A women came by asking if we wanted some watermelon. I didn't but I knew Buggy would so I turned around to ask her and she wasn't there. I spotted her in a circle of people I didn't know but there was kids so that must have drew her attention. I called for her to " COME HERE ". She popped out and ran around out to a road. I was screaming. "BUGGY!!" She wasn't listening. I started running after her. Screaming her name. As she approached the road, cars flying by.. I wake up to her calling my name.  |

This morning's nightmare involved a serial killer coming after me. IIt was like some Jason stuff going on I shot him several times he lived. Stabbed him a few times and he lived. Then I showed up at a hotel and saw him sleeping and sawed his head off with a steak knife. I took his mask off and he looked like an older version of my dad. Then I woke up.
When I fell back asleep though still not sure if I continued that dream or started another.
Cuz I was packing my shit into an RV I bought. And I brought Mikko and another dog with.
I drove several hours and then dropped the RV off at a Walmart grabbed my stuff and the dogs and went to a hotel where Jeremiah was and he said "did they follow you" and my response was "hope not" then i woke up
