If you alternate muscles I dot think you have to , I'm pretty sure that's what the insanity work out does . 6 days of alternating muscle groups and one day of rest .
on a side note my Tom Collins is delicious

So yesterday was AWESOME!! About 5 in the morning, Six decides he was going to take a vacation day. So about 6 we began our The Deadliest Catch marathon ( via Netflix ) starting at season 1. By 7 last night we had only gotten about half way through the second season.  We did nothing but watched the show, eat, cuddle and play with Buggy. We needed a day like that. Coming off the weekend and into Monday ( where I'm a zombie due to lack of sleep ) it's so hectic. We almost feel like we don't get to see each other. Yes.. Yesterday was awesome. |

I did it! I achieved goal number 1 for my running: The 30 minute 5k! Personal best 5 km of 29m:56s which is a 1m:12s improvement. Very happy!  Had to share! Cel - Sounds like a great day, glad you guys enjoyed it! |

Typically at boarding kennels you can bring your dog to work with you occasionally which would be great for Mikko

I've always been intrigued by the state of Colorado. Beautiful country up that a way. Never been there but always wanted to. If I could vacation anywhere within the states right now it would most likely be Arizona. I would really like to see The Grand Canyon.  And I would like to scream out " Oly Oly Over " and see how long it takes my echo to come back. Yeah. I know. I'm dumb. |

So Jeremiah and I are still unofficially engaged. And we are talkin about what we wanna do for the wedding. And we decided next summer. And Awww stuffs hard to plan especially cuz we're just thinkin a backyard wedding and our guest list is gonna be bigger than we thought already cuz he has like a bajillion family members

Not a bad idea, mossyoak01 .  I would look around for some local farmland iRideAPalmer. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find someone with a couple of acres they wouldn't mind renting out for the day. At a reasonable price of course. |
