So I nearly had my first heart attack, when upon receiving my first internet bill for the new place I discover they did not set me up on the package I wanted, unlimited, and instead put me on an allowance package of 10GB. My usage for August was 79.666GB. My brother recently went over by 5GB on his allowance package and it bumped his bill up an extra €100.
I rang them up and they said I was on a 30GB allowance, also wrong. Told them to upgrade me and don't even think they are getting the allowance breach off me for them putting me on the wrong package.
I distinctly asked when we were moving "Put me on the same package I was before the move, unlimited, no change to the package." "No problem we'll make sure of that." "So it will be unlimited." "Yes."
I always make sure to ask them straight up and for straight answers cause they record the conversations.
Anyway I rang up today and told them "LIKE f***!" "Sorry?" "Can I give you an account number?" "....please."
Sorted. According to the person I talked to I won't be charged extra and they have giving me the correct package.

So, Cel has a ban hammer? 8D Yeah I guess I do. But I don't abuse it. I'm a female who runs a convenience store by myself (3rd shift) , with no one in the store but me, left to my own devices. I have a panic button that does not work, a steel bar and a bullet proof glass cage that I sit in all night. 3rd shift gives me the aftermath of parties and closed down bars. So I have a low tolerance for actions that question not only my safety but my customer's safety as well. Assholes are bad for the business. If someone is having a bad night.. Or life. Whatever. That's not my problem or my customers problem. Come in, let me ring you up and be on your merry way. If that's hard for you to do, then you can't be trusted to come back. Simple. There are a kabillion more store in the surrounding area.. Go there.  |

So I just finished The last of Us and I start playing Bioshock Infinite ..... Booker DeWitt and Joel sound so alike to me at times I figure I'm finally losing the last semblance of sanity I possess... finally I look it up and the same actor Troy Baker plays both parts. Yay !! I'm still only halfway there on the crazy train ride I call life.
