Ugh. Damn you iron deficiency. I was recently diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. And was given muscle relaxers. But the doc told me my iron deficiency may worsrn restless leg syndrome.

I hate that for you, Palms. I know a few people who suffer from this. Are there and good medication for it? I trust that all my Nationites are well this evening. I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was the best in years. It's funny, as my Bugster gets older, Christmas gets more fun. I let her know that Christmas is about being close to family and loving them and spending time with them. Her follow up question was inquiring the whereabouts of Nate Nate and Megan. I smiled. She end up getting really sick. And I was the most fearful I have ever been in my years as a Mother.  She is all smiles today but man ... Kinda makes you think. I'm so truly thankful for her presence in my life. I didn't give her life, she gave me life. Anyways, I love you guys and hope the new year brings the best one yet, for all of you!  |

Im getting a friggin flu shot TOMORROW ! Some people are ending up in the hospital with this stuff. Years ago when I was very fit I got hit with a flu that hit me so bad I literally passed out on my bed for 12 hours. I think that strain would kill me off now.

Happy 2014 peoples!!! It's been pretty sweet thus far. Got up to a beautiful snowy scenery. ( Y'all know how much I adore snow ) Six's kids is here and we are all safe, warm and fed. Life is grand! And it's suppose to snow right on through the day! |

Be all chill Palmer and be supportive of your Dad without saying anything bad about the psycho. A lot of psycho bitches break up around the holidays only to come back. If you are all " I always hated her" and it really isn't over !!! it could cause even more problems between you and your Dad.
