Dad and Tonia fighting again. 2 nights in a row he's spent here without even talking to her. He even rode my bicycle to her house to pick up his truck while she was at work. I don't like him being here. Hardly get to see Jeremiah alone past week and now dad's back so even harder to have our alone time. Plus he like expects me to cook food for him too and it's like hello had i know you'd be here for dinner i woulda made a chicken breast for you now i only get half. If they have this many fights, in this short of time and it always results in him leaving, they may want to reconsider marriage. Good gawd! If they break up for good, this means you and 'Miah don't get the house right? |

Yep. He's basically told every single one of his friends about this one and is saying he's making his escape plan. She was treating him like crap so he told her she needs to treat him with respect. Her response was "are you giving me an ultimatum?" He said yes. So she said "you know what that means?" And he said guess I'll be packing my bags

Ultimatum? I assumed treating someone you care about with respect was a given.
I know it sucks not being to get the house, but just be happy for your Dad that he is finally waking up and smelling the bitchiness. No one deserves to live like that.

Asking to be retreated with respect isn't an ultimatum. It's something you're supposed to do regardless of who you're with. If he had to ask for it then something was definitely wrong with the arrangement.
I wonder what will happen when a thread hits 1100 posts. Maybe the thread will keep on going.
