I've been reflecting on past gaming events and 1230 PST seemed like a pretty good time to get things rolling. Or at least my friends would all show up at that time to play games at that time. It was a weekly ritual and lots of fun. I also like doing stuff that isn't related to school.

I'd like a list of games that people want to play with each other, and then every week one of those games will be chosen at random and we'll see how many of us can meet up on Saturday to play them. I'll probably put them all on individual pieces of paper, throw them in a container and blindly pick one out. We can add or remove games as we feel the need to.

Getting some people together for an hour or two on Saturdays shouldn't be too difficult (hopefully). Get a list of games, pick one on Thursday night and play on the following Saturday. Stick all the games back into the hat and pick again for the next weekend.

Anyone interested?

I completely forgot about this. School has been keeping me busy and I didn't pick something on Thursday.

I know school is keeping us busy, but I think if we took a break from whatever we were doing and spent an hour or two playing something together it would be good. Can't study all day, and an hour is enough to do something while not taking up a bunch of time to get an assignment done. If people don't have those commitments then of course they can continue playing.

When my parents were going to uni with their friends that every Saturday night they would get pizza and watch movies no matter how much homework they had and you couldn't talk about homework that night. Everybody needs to take a break from school and do something fun so that's the idea I had for this.
