If you're running on the Love Thumper, you should consider using a Might of the Seraph's Relic borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Might_of_the_Seraphs and a Rubi borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Rubi I'll look into it shortly and let you know 8) |

I have a bladed slag Rubi and a longbow Storm Front. Both of those together make for some insane health regen. As for relics I have 3 perfect bone of the ancients relics in each element (+39.5% cooldown rate and bonus elemental damage for kunai explosions). I find cooldown rate more beneficial because playing a melee Zero I over kill most stuff anyway.
The only thing my Zero is "missing" is a better love thumper. I know that at 61 they can get up to 150k but I just can't seem to get one better than 109k.

This gun is cool. It says it "explodes like a grenade when reloaded" which is inaccurate. When reloaded, it fires a homing grenade that shoots anything it can before reaching a target and detonating. I found it last night, and love it. 8D |

My first thought when I seen Az posting up about liking the level 19 gun was "2 more levels and you won't even be using it and selling it for cash." Very nice find though, never did get a deliverance myself.

Make sure you are getting all the Golden Key shift codes and stockpiling them Stella, get some good gear with them. Somebody usually puts them up if they see em. But if you subscribe to the Gearbox twitter or Randy Pitchford's you can get em all pretty much. Since I have to start over as a level one I am happy to have 40 something Golden Keys... |

Lets see how long you hold on to them for without using them throughout the game as they hang about there at low levels to see if the temptation defeats you and you get a Level 10 weapon with your key.

So I picked up a "Casual SWORDSPLOSION!!!" (gun that shoots exploding swords from Tiny Tine DLC) and it... doesn't need slag. I feel like this prefix was meant to create only one extra projectile but a third is more than welcome. |

Oh for me the time to use them is earlier on when you have all crappy weapons. After a while when you have gotten thru a lot of missions you find better weapons then you can pull out of the chest. I have to start the whole game over again just to get to a point (level 30 something) where I can play the DLC. |

I'm stockpiling keys for the level cap increase. So far I'm up to 21 or something.
I usually don't enter a code anymore unless it's worth 3 keys, because about half of the time the chest doesn't actually give you anything useful.

Does anyone else think that the nade mod "Chain Lightning" is way too over powered?

I'm not sure but I think the number of times it can chain is limited only by the number of enemies it can reach. With my melee Zero I usually go with a storm front for stripping my shield but I find the CL far superior to anything else for taking out enemy shields and rubi healing. It's a great substitute for a shock weapon, you could even say that it doesn't get much more efficient than that. I suppose if each hit had a small singularity effect then it would be ridiculous and need a nerf but the CL suffers in raw damage. Aside from rakk and surveyors (which the CL works wonders on) you won't be killing many enemies with it.
