We want everyone to try the various feature - new and old - but we don't want people getting mad at each other for stealing each other's threads. Consider these boards to still be "test" boards. So, if you want to create a thread: - If it was your thread at the original SN, you may recreate it here. - If the OP of the thread at the original SN hasn't logged in there in four months or more, you may recreate their thread on a first-come-first-serve basis. Duplicates will be merged with the first thread here. - If the OP of the thread at the original SN has signed in within the last four months, either ask for their permission to make the thread (if they don't want to do it) or wait until four months has passed since their last login date. To the Admins..
I was wanting to merge my " Sixth Nation History Thread" here and update it and all that..
But I'm not sure where to put it.
It was previously a sticky in the " Things you should know " board.
I'm just not sure where to put it over here.

Put it in Random Chat for now if you want to bring it over or wait till a board for "Things You Should Know is created" Either way I see no harm in putting it in random for now and moving it later if you wish.

Is there any chance of threads from the original site being moved ?, there is so much history there.......
Also, it feels kind of weird starting a "new" thread for games that have been discussed to a good extent on the previous site. For example, I just got my platinum trophy for Infamous 2 (which I have been playing solidly for the last week) but it would seem less strange if the whole thread was moved over here and I just continued posting from the last post, as opposed to re-creating the thread from scratch.

None of the old threads from 1.0 can be moved here: we looked into it but software didn't support exporting to a new site and this software won't import anything that isn't already ProBoard software. This is a clean slate.
The Infamous 2 thread was created by a banned member so you may make an Infamous 2 thread here if you wish to. If you do choose to make it you can provide more info on the game in the OP (which some people choose to do for games) or can just continue on with the previous discussion.
As a heads up to everyone: once the URLs have been changed you may like to link 1.0's threads in 2.0 recreations. They'll change at both sites so you could link them now but you'll have to change them later.
