Something to do with that Participated button, or is that only for threads you've posted in? Also, we're going to need more smileys.  Though I do applaud the lack of pirates. Always a plus. |

Participated seems to be the "Replies to what you posted in thing, but I am not getting a notification on the thread that I created "General Issues Thread"

Hmmm. Thats odd.
It seems to me that, yeah, Participated is your Replies to Topics you have posted in, or have bookmarked, but for all I know Bookmarks have a separate thing all its own?
I also like the Recent Threads and Recent Posts links near the bottom of the index.
I think smilies and other things we were waiting to move until we knew for sure we were actually moving.

I think it has something to do with your notification settings, but the Participated button does show all the threads you've posted in.

Recent Threads and Recent Posts are okay, but I really like what we have at the Nation. The one we have at the Nation is pretty much both of those in one.I'd like to find something like that if possible. And if we could have it like the old MyRes version where it also remembers where you were in a thread and just starts at the oldest new post, that would be great. No idea what it would take to do either of those things though, or if the code even supports it.  |

The admin panel provides a link to all the available plugins. Do you want to look through it and see if you can find what you're looking for. I'm assuming by MyRes you mean MyRes1.0, and I'm not really much help in knowing what you're talking about if that's the case.  |

I looked, and it quickly became clear that I have no idea what I'm doing. I meant MyRes 2.0, btw. I didn't come around until long after 1.0. There was an option to see which posts had been made since you last logged in, and if you went to a thread you'd previously visited, then it would drop you into the post after the last one you'd seen. I would love to track that down, but I really don't know anything about plug-ins, code, or what have you. If anyone has any idea what it's called I'll look for it. |

I found this and added it: Reply Button In Posts And Recent Posts
So... if it's working, somewhere there's a Recent Posts page. I'm not sure where it is though or if it's the same as the Participated button.
EDIT: It appears you can add buttons... how's the Recent Posts button? Although that wouldn't give posts from threads you've posted in but all posts recently made.
