Online info/help.
Get a friend or a mutual person to get a 3 star wanted level and get them to stick to the highway so cops deploy the vans. DO NOT get close as they will go after you but wait till the heat is lost and go to the van as the cops either vanish or walk away into traffic. When you get in it you basically have a mini tank for a while and no one can stop you unless they have explosives or take out your tyres (tires)
It took 3 guys working as a team to take out me ride but they failed at killing me due to the bullet proof glass holding up for ages.
$21000 in the bank atm and still need another $5000 to get a cheap house.
no colour due to it damn late here 2:10am.

Got some rare free time today and split it between this and Terraria.
Tons of fun so far. I'm up to the first heist mission (I assume there will be others). Probably won't be touching the online until I finish the main game, and I'm not sure when that will be. Soon I hope.
Something's different about the cars. I can't quite put my finger on it. I know they were supposed to be made easier to drive, and that largely seems to be the case. Braking is very responsive, and you don't usually slide as much.
I must've picked the wrong car to bring to that first race though. Took me several tries because I just couldn't stay on the road. Going to put that down to newbieness. Still, that unidentifiable element is bugging me. I'll have to play around some more to see if I can pick it out.
Overall, still fun though.

Nice. Gonna be trying myself again for online. Jobs and activities are hard to get going and sometimes I get stuck on loading screens and have to quit out. Held up my second store last night. Can't get any missions going.

Me partner is down this weekend so no mic here anyways. Chatting is going to be very hard in this game due to you can't see what's coming at all till its right on you. We might have to try a stick to one side and keep close.

I bought the 2 car garage in east los santos right next to the main mod shop last night. and got off shortly after. you can really make good money off just robbing places, and stealing cars. though gotta be careful about robbing places. because if you do a bunch in a row you'll start at higher and higher stars. I pulled a gun on a guy took his cash didn't fire a single bullet or harm anyone, and I got 4 Stars right off the bat.

To make money from stealing cars all you do is take it to the mod shop and a sell option will pop up in the lists of mods or if car damaged it be underneath the repair button. You can only sell 1 car per day me thinks. Hummers sell for a bit of cash.
Joined Skidd tonight and me sucked lol.

Got into the military base without detection thanks to another player running in with guns blazing at other end of base. Me stole a jet then took out all the tanks in the zone and made it a free for all in the base as 10 players ran in trying to take everything possible. It was a good laugh till all hell broke loose with the army going nutts with Anti-air missiles and more tanks. Only 3 of us made it out alive since we had the aerial transport.

Can't make the spoiler work, so be warned here. Kind of annoyed. Finished a mission with Trevor where you have to acquire a jet full of weapons. I deftly outmaneuver two jets that have come after me and even manage to land at the airstrip in the desert. Plane explodes, mission failed. I figured maybe the descent was too steep and I hit the ground in a way I couldn't see. Loads me back up and I have to start the flying segment over again. This time I try to take a slightly wider approach and don't attempt to jetwash the enemy craft out of the sky (Which is really cool, btw. It might not make them crash, but they get good and tossed around.)and so they actually hit me. Turns out it was scripted and I had just somehow bypassed it, probably by knocking them around during a their "weapons free" flag. Lame. I earned those guns, darn you.  |

If it wasn't for my jetwash throwing them around and making them miss me, I wouldn't have been able to either. But to be fair, in that situation the planes would just recover and blast you once you were on the ground. In fact, that's pretty much the optimal solution for them. But it still feels a little like I got robbed.
Also, thanks for fixing the spoiler. It doesn't show in the Preview for whatever reason, so I thought it just wasn't working.
