Since I know a few people here visit OGOB I'll just spread the news of the current situation: OGOB has been down for approximately a day now. IIRC jueboy mentioned that the hosting would expire this February but I can't confirm that since the site is currently inaccessible. Last night Fack went ahead and created a new forum and current OGOB posters are now there. The current URL is craigscottweb.com/forum/index.php although once we figure out what's going on it will probably change. |

Hello my Nationites. It's been a been a while since I've logged. I guess I figured that I talk to you guys on Facebook more than anything. It's easier to make one pit stop to conversate with everyone than 2 or 3. But I hate that though. We have had some great times here that frankly, Facebook world would never understand. I know there has to be some of my family members reading my FB updates thinking "What in hell is a noob and why does some people call her Cel? "  I think forum life has been murdered.  |

The only reason I signed up for Facebook was because my grade 12 peers didn't know what email was. There were events happening that I knew nothing about because I hadn't joined the Facebook group. Now Facebook has all this info on me, damnit. I'm honestly just looking for a few more reasons to get rid of it but the problem is since people don't seem to know what email is anymore I don't know how to stay in contact with them. I also can't find an alternative to Facebook which is IMO a big problem.

That's why none of me family knows me Facebook stuff. The last thing they need to read is me talking about being a dingo in the buff etc ^_^

I have my family on Facebook. They notice nothing different.
Facebook is the one stop shop for communication in this day and age Az, the times they are a changing. Most people I know with an email only have it for Facebook. Even some companies are using Facebook for communicating with customers directly instead of asking them to email them.

Well I'm glad I don't post a lot of stupid pictures and statuses then . I have read many horror stories of people applying to jobs and getting turned down fir pictures of bongs and other stuff like that .

It's hilarious how stupid people can be , people have posted pictures of things they have stolen from stories saying they stole it ..... I just don't understand why you would think that's a good idea .

I just spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out my password.. lol. The joys of having too many passwords :') Had to search through my thingy that logs them and it's like "you have 100+ passwords" WHAT THE HELL AM I EVEN USING THEM FOR?! But oh well, finally got on here!  HOW IS EVERYONE *group hugs!* |

True I think the biggest issue is that none of my passwords are the same for anything, so if I forget I'm like "shit, alright... lets try this one" and I start going through the list, and if then it doesn't work, I have to reset and come up with a new password to add to the list :') ITS SATURDAY~~ Renovating at home. Craft/computer room is mostly gone, the roof is coming down today and then dad is dropping it a bit and shoving new ceiling up. (it was an extension on the original house plans, and they angled it weirdly, so he has to fix it bleh) And then eventually the kitchen will be installed! Red, Black and White kitchen! Been learning plenty of how to renovate, and slapping paint on walls.. accidentally painted the outside of the house with ~inside~ paint so it was like very light coloured.. so uh, I'm not allowed to paint lol. BUT YAY, I GET TO BE LAZY CUZ IF I TOUCH ANYTHING I WILL RUIN IT |
