To this day it still amazes me that Vivendi survied, and that it was still around in '08 to merge with Activision in the first place. Don't get me wrong I loved Sierra games, Pharoah was amazing, but once Sierra started to and eventually died, who would have the thought the company would be strong enough to survie and merge with a giant such as they did.
More freedom for Activision is kind of scary, but exciting from the Blizzard front. I guess all we can do is wait and see.
