Let's start this off with the Humbe Deep Silver Bundle.Pay what you want for the bundle: Includes Saint's Row 2 & 3, Risen 2: Dark Waters, and Sacred 2 Gold. Beat the average price: Add in Saint's Row 3 The Full Package DLC (All DLC, basically), and Dead Island GotY Edition. Current average price $4.72 Daily Steam Sale: Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale $4.99 Steam Midweek Madness: Zeno Clash $1.99 Zeno Clash 2 $7.99 Rising Storm $9.99 (Also various other Red Orchestra games as low as $2.49) Considering the Humble Bundle myself. If I get that I'll have an extra basic copy of Saint's Row 3 to throw around.
Apparently the steam code was rolled all into one this time, so I couldn't separate it out. Oh, well.

Quakecon sale has moved over to Fallout today. 75% off the GotYs for 3 and New Vegas, so they're back at $4.99. If you don't have them already, then they're definitely worth that price.

Triple Post The sale is now on the Elder Scrolls games. Skyrim is back at its summer sale price of 40% off, $35.99. Morrowind and Oblivion (both GotYs) are $4.99 and $6.24 respectively. Alongside the previously mentioned Humble Deep Silver Bundle, there is also a Humble Weekly Bundle going on. This new bundle features several games from King's Quest and Men of War.

What I need for a steam account. Do I have to use a credit card or Paypal cause I hate those things. Wonder if there are Steam cards like there are itunes cards or PSN cards. ..

There are indeed Steam Cards. You should be able to find them at GameStop or an equivalent store on your side of the pond.

Three new games added to the humble bundle,(Risen, Metro 2033 and another game) pay over the average to get them, or you get them for free if you have already bought the bundle (I got them even though I didn't originally pay over the average) .

Yup, that's standard Humble Bundle procedure. Release more games halfway through, and if anyone has bought it already they get the new stuff too.
The other game was Sacred Citadel. Looks like a good old fashioned sidescrolling beat 'em up with updated graphics.

I hear that game Cloudberry Kingdom is super cheap on PSN right now, and several of the people I follow on Youtube are playing/talking about it. It looks really fun.

The Humble EA Bundle is now live.Includes games with both Steam and Origin keys. 3 Games have only Origin keys: Dead Space 3, Battlefield 3, and Sims 3. (Likely due to Valve's refusal to believe in the existence of the number 3.) Other than those three games, the bundle includes the following: Dead Space Crysis 2: Maximum Edition Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box Mirror's Edge Medal of Honor BF3 and Sims are both the "Beat the Average Price" games. Current average price: $4.60 Dead Space and Crysis are both worthwhile plays, in my experience. Looking forward to Mirror's Edge as I've constantly heard good things about it.
